Pinot Blanc is the white (and less-famous) cousin of the world-renowned red grape, Pinot Noir. Much like the latter, Pinot Blanc is incredibly versatile; however, its most common use is producing medium-bodied white wines with notes of apple, almond and smoke. It’s a really good match with cheeses or grilled chicken.
